About this role
Monitor and track daily contractor activity, including labour, equipment, materials, and remediation work progress. Review and sign off on day work sheets and validate contractor payment claims for accuracy. Assist with developing and maintaining project cost forecasts and managing budget updates. Support preparation of execution strategies, scopes of work, and bills of quantities.
Is this you?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry
- Familiarity with QAQC processes and standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on a FIFO basis in Papua New Guinea
